EZ-Mag Automated Trace Cells RNA Purification Kit (EZ4112)

Description

The EZ-Mag Automated Trace Cells RNA Purification Kit is a pre-aliquoted microcellular RNA isolation kit that uses magnetic beads to rapidly purify high-quality RNA from cells (approximately 3 × 10³ ~ 3 × 10⁵). The kit is available in multiple pre-aliquoted 96-well deep-well plates containing binders, washes, beads, and eluents, making them suitable for a variety of fully automated nucleic acid extractors. Samples are lysate-treated and transferred to 96-well deep-well plates, where they are loaded to complete the remaining steps, maximizing convenience and ease of use. This kit can effectively remove genomic DNA, protein, polysaccharide and other impurities, and the RNA obtained is of high purity, which can be directly used in cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blot and other experiments.

Storage

The Plate 1 is stable for 12 months when stored upright at 4°C, and the other deep-well plates and 96 Deep well Tip comb (magnetic rod sleeve) are stable for 12 months when stored upright at room temperature (15 ~ 25°C). EZ-DNase I and Buffer DN can be stored at -20°C for 12 months, and the rest of the reagents can be stored at room temperature for 12 months.
