Description

The EZ-Mag Automated RNA Purification Kit (for Tissues & Cells) is a pre-packaged tissue and cell RNA isolation kit that uses magnetic beads to rapidly purify high-quality RNA from animal tissues and cells (about 3 × 10⁵ ~ 2 × 10⁶ cells). The kit is available in multiple pre-aliquoted 96-well deep-well plates containing binders, washes, beads, and eluents, making them suitable for a variety of fully automated nucleic acid extractors. Samples are lysed and transferred to 96-well deep-well plates, where the remaining steps are completed on the machine to maximize convenience and ease of use. This kit does not need to use reducing agents such as mercaptoethanol and DTT with pungent odor, and can effectively remove genomic DNA, protein, polysaccharides and other impurities, and the RNA obtained is of high purity, which can be directly used in cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blot and other experiments.

Storage

The Plate 1 is stable for 12 months when stored upright at 4°C, and other pre-assembled plates and 96 Deep well Tip comb (magnetic rod cover) are stable for 12 months when stored upright at room temperature (15 ~ 25°C). Proteinase K and gDNA Remover can be stored at -20°C for 12 months, and Buffer PK can be stored at room temperature for 12 months.
