EZ-Mag Automated Trace Cells DNA Purification Kit (EZ4106)

Description

The EZ-Mag Automated Trace Cells DNA Purification Kit is a pre-dispensed microcellular genomic DNA extraction kit that uses magnetic beads to rapidly purify high-quality DNA from a small number of human or animal cells (approximately 10³ ~ 3 × 10⁵ cells). The kit is available in multiple pre-packaged 96-well deep-well plates containing binder, wash, magnetic beads, and eluent, making it suitable for a variety of fully automated nucleic acid extractors. Cells were lysate and RNase A treated, then transferred to a 96-well deep-well plate and loaded for the remainder of the procedure, maximizing convenience and ease of use. This kit can effectively remove RNA, protein, polysaccharide and other impurities, and the genomic DNA obtained is of high purity, which can be directly used in PCR, qPCR, enzyme digestion, cloning, in vitro transcription and first/second generation sequencing experiments.

Storage

The Plate 1 is stable for 12 months when stored upright at 4°C, the other pre-assembled plates and 96 Deep well Tip comb (magnetic rod sleeve) are stable for 12 months at room temperature (15 ~ 25°C), the Lysis Buffer (lysate) is stored at room temperature for 12 months, and RNase A is stored at -20°C for 12 months.
