EZ-Mag Trace Cells RNA Purification Kit PLUS (EZ4118)

Description

This kit uses magnetic bead method to quickly isolate and purify trace cellular RNA, which can be used for RNA extraction from various cells (about 10³ ~ 3 × 10⁵ cells), with the characteristics of simple operation steps, high purity and stable results. Under the action of lysate, nucleic acids are released, which bind specifically to the superparamagnetic nanobeads modified on the surface, remove non-specific adsorption impurities through the washing solution, and finally elute RNA with high purity. This kit can effectively remove genomic DNA, protein, polysaccharides and other impurities, and the RNA obtained is of high purity, which can be directly used in cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR and Northern blot experiments.

The RD18 in this product can be stored at 4°C for 12 months, gDNA Remover can be stored at -20°C for 12 months, and the rest of the reagents can be stored at room temperature (15 ~ 25°C) for 12 months. The expiration date can be found in the expiration date information on the product label.
