EZ-Press 96 Blood DNA Purification Kit (EZ4006)

Description

The EZ-Press 96 Blood DNA Purification Kit is a high-throughput extraction kit for the simultaneous extraction of 96 or 192 samples of DNA from whole blood, serum, plasma, body fluids, leukocytes, cultured cells, and bone marrow. This product replaces traditional time-consuming and complex methods such as ethanol precipitation, extensive washing steps, or the use of toxic substances such as phenol and chloroform. With this product, up to 192 samples can be extracted and purified in about 1 h. Purified DNA can be used in a variety of downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, and more.

Components

Storage

The EZ-Protease in this product needs to be shipped in ice packs, and the rest of the components can be shipped at room temperature. EZ-Protease was received at -20°C (4°C for no more than 3 months for regular use), 96-Well DNA Plates were stored at 4°C, and all remaining components were stored at room temperature for stable storage for 18 months. The expiration date can be found in the expiration date information on the product label.
