EZ-Press 96 Tissue RNA Purification Kit (EZ4004)

Description

The EZ-Press 96 Tissue RNA Purification Kit is suitable for RNA extraction from 96 or 192 tissue samples (each not exceeding 30 mg). This kit offers an efficient and high-throughput RNA sample preparation solution for research in fields such as drug screening, treatment monitoring, and basic research.

This kit replaces the current time-consuming and complex methods, including ethanol precipitation, extensive washing steps or the use of toxic substances such as phenol. The purified RNA can be used in a variety of downstream applications, including: cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern, dot and slot blot analysis, as well as primer extension, RNase/S1 nuclease protection and gene chip detection, etc. In addition, the EZ-Press 96 Tissue RNA Purification Kit can be used to purify RNA from enzymatic reactions, such as: DNAse digestion, proteinase digestion, RNA ligation or labeling reactions, etc.

Storage

Lysis Buffer should be stored at 4°C away from light, while the other components should be kept at room temperature (15 - 25°C) and can be stably preserved for 12 months. For the expiration date, please refer to the validity period information on the product label.
