Description
This kit is a probe-based RT-qPCR detection kit that directly uses cell lysates as templates. By using gene specific primers (GSP) and probes, reverse transcription and qPCR reactions can be completed in the same reaction system, enabling highly sensitive and highly repetitive detection of up to three different RNA/DNA targets in a single multi-path reaction.
It takes about 1 hour to complete the entire process of the experiment from taking the cells out to obtaining the final qPCR results. This kit adopts an optimized lysis buffer system, which enhances the lysis ability and improves the convenience of adding cell lysates. When using this kit, there is no need for additional tube opening and pipetting, greatly improving the detection throughput while reducing the detection time and the risk of contamination. By using this kit for RT-qPCR reaction, good amplification curves can be obtained over a wide quantitative area, enabling accurate quantitative detection of target genes expression with good repeatability and high reliability.
