Description

This kit is a probe-based RT-qPCR detection kit that directly uses cell lysates as templates. By using gene specific primers (GSP) and probes, reverse transcription and qPCR reactions can be completed in the same reaction system, enabling highly sensitive and highly repetitive detection of up to three different RNA/DNA targets in a single multi-path reaction.By using this product for RT-qPCR reaction, good amplification curves can be obtained over a wide quantitative area, enabling accurate quantitative detection of target genes expression with good repeatability and high reliability.
