Description
This kit is a dye RT-qPCR detection kit that directly uses the cell lysis products as templates. By using gene-specific primers (GSPS), reverse transcription and qPCR reactions can be completed in the same reaction system, enabling highly sensitive and highly repeatable detection of RNA/DNA targets.
This kit does not require additional tube opening or pipetting, significantly increasing the detection throughput while reducing the detection time and the risk of contamination. The RT-qPCR reaction using this product can obtain a good amplification curve within a wide quantitative range, accurately quantitatively detect the expression of the target gene, with good repeatability and high credibility.
