EZ-press Fast Color Cell to cDNA Kit (B0016C)

Description

The EZ-press Fast Color Cell to cDNA Kit offers a simple and rapid method to obtain cDNA from cultured cells without RNA isolation, taking as little as 13 minutes. During cell lysis, only the culture medium needs to be removed, and the cells washed once with PBS before directly adding the lysis buffer for lysis. The lysate can be directly used for reverse transcription. The cDNA obtained with this product can be stored at -80°C for up to 3 months with no significant change in Ct values, making it a good alternative to the TRIzol method for gene expression quantification analysis.

The 4× Fast Color CRT Mix of this product contains blue inert dye. It can be used together with the 2× Color SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix containing red inert dye (A0012, A0012-R1, A0012-R2), or in combination with the probe-based qPCR reagents of our company (such as EZ3304-R2). During the qPCR reaction, when the blue cDNA obtained from this product is mixed with the 2× Color SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix, the solution will turn purple. This provides visual assistance during pipetting and plate loading, reducing the risk of pipetting errors. Moreover, the dye does not affect the specificity or sensitivity of the qPCR reaction. It is recommended to use the above-mentioned recommended kits in combination to achieve the best results.
